The beach of Cala Violina, a sandy bay of great beauty, has been awarded by Legambiente as one of the 11 most beautiful beaches in Italy. Cala Violina, is enclosed by two headlands, and is characterized by fine white sand and very clear waters with depths of rare beauty. The name derives from the nature of the beach of fine white sand, so as to produce a particular kind of “sound of the violin” when you walk barefoot.
